1. Clean off Equipment ASAP (Mandatory)
2. Put Equipment back where it belongs. (Mandatory)
3. Shut OFF Lights, Fans and close all doors if you are the last one out of gym. (Mandatory)
4. Never let anyone into the gym without owner's permission and waivers signed. Failure to comply will result in termination of membership.
5. Be responsible and treat this facility like it's your own.
6. Do not come to gym if you are sick. We will ask you to leave.
7. Do not wear wet or muddy shoes on gym floor. Bring workout shoes to change into.
8. Bring your own water bottle or you can purchase drinks from our cooler.
9. Be nice and Be Nice!
By purchasing this day pass, you agree to all terms. Enter at your own risk.
Failure to comply with any of the terms, conditions or requirements of this Agreement shall result in immediate termination of your day pass and will be asked to leave without any refunds.
